In the Rocky Mountains of North America, the arctic tundra, the mountains and forests of Europe, and the deserts and steppes of Central Asia, wolves hunt their prey. This provides them with meat and nutrient-rich offal as well as vegetables, fruit, berries, roots and herbs from the prey’s stomach contents - without grains. In this way, wolves obtain the vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes and secondary plant compounds they need. As the wolf is the ancestor of all dogs, our Wolfsblut wet food follows these natural eating habits. It contains plenty of meat or fish combined with superfoods rich in beneficial nutrients—just like in nature, completely grain-free. Our selection of exceptional protein sources and nutrient-dense superfoods is based on the wolf’s habitats and their diverse diets. Wolfsblut offers every dog a species-appropriate, natural diet, and with its variety there is something suitable for every dog. The individual ingredients of BLUE MOUNTAIN were put together with veterinarians to match the wolf’s natural prey model and holistic canine nutrition. This makes Wolfsblut wet food unique and rich in superfoods.
