Right to withdraw from the purchase contract

If you are a consumer, under Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection, you have the right to return the purchased goods without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods.

As a registered customer of gundogstore.sk, we offer you the option to return goods within 30 calendar days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days (30 days for registered customers) from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

The procedure of withdrawal

In order to exercise the statutory right to withdrawal from the purchase contract, inform us of your decision to withdraw from this purchase contract by a clear statement:

For this purpose, you may use the sample withdrawal form (Annex No. 1 of the Terms and Conditions). Please print the completed form and enclose it with the returned goods; otherwise, it will not be possible to correctly identify your parcel.

f you use this option, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal from the purchase contract without delay by e-mail.

The withdrawal period is deemed to be met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

After withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments you have made in connection with the conclusion of the purchase contract, including the costs of delivery to you. This does not apply to additional costs if you chose a method of delivery other than the least expensive standard method of delivery we offer, nor to the costs of additional services if they were the subject of the contract and were provided in full.

Refund

Payments will be refunded no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract and/or the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not incur any fees as a result.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Gifts and bonuses

If a gift or bonus was provided together with the goods, upon withdrawal from the contract the gift agreement in respect of such gift becomes ineffective and you are obliged to return the provided gift or bonus together with the goods.

Shipping costs of returned goods

Send us the goods without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, including where the goods cannot be returned by standard parcel service due to their nature.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases

• contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or goods that are clearly manufactured according to the consumer’s personal requirements.

In accordance with Section 7(6) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll., the customer may not withdraw from a contract the subject of which is:

• the sale of books not supplied in protective packaging and the sale of periodicals

• the sale of audio recordings, video recordings, audio-visual recordings, books or computer software sold in protective packaging, if the customer has unsealed the packaging

Please try to keep the goods safe from soiling or damages

If possible, please send the goods back in the original packaging together with the completed form, all accessories and all parts of the packaging. Use a protective transport package when returning the goods. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection of the goods during transport by using suitable packaging and thus avoid our claim for compensation for damage caused by insufficient packaging.

The above options are not a condition for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. The packaging may be mechanically damaged; you do not have to return the goods in the original packaging.
