Exchange of Goods

The online shop gundogstore.sk offers you two options for withdrawing from the contract and returning goods that do not suit you:

• standard procedure – withdrawal from the contract: you send the goods back to us and we refund the purchase price

• withdrawal from the contract by exchanging the goods for other goods

Withdrawal from the contract by exchanging the goods for other goods

You send the goods to us for exchange and any price difference will be mutually offset and settled either by an additional payment or by a refund to your bank account. If you received a free gift together with the goods you are exchanging for other goods, you do not have to return it (unlike in the case of a standard withdrawal from the contract). You may keep the gift.

Procedure for exchanging goods for other goods

To exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase contract by exchanging the goods, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from this purchase contract by a clear statement (for example, by a letter sent by post or by e-mail).

For this purpose, you may use the sample Exchange Form. Please print the completed form and enclose it with the returned goods; otherwise, it will not be possible to correctly identify your parcel.

You are liable for any loss in value of the goods only if such loss in value resulted from handling the goods in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the following cases

• goods that were pre-manufactured and whose production was decisively influenced by the consumer’s individual choice or decision, or goods that were clearly manufactured according to the consumer’s personal requirements.

In accordance with Section 7(6) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll., the customer may not withdraw from a contract the subject of which is:

• the sale of books not supplied in protective packaging and the sale of periodicals

• the sale of audio recordings, video recordings, audio-visual recordings, books or computer software sold in protective packaging, if the customer has unsealed the packaging

Please note that in the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please try to protect the goods from damage and soiling

If possible, please send the goods back in the original packaging together with the completed form, all accessories and all parts of the packaging. Use a protective transport package when returning the goods. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection of the goods during transport by using suitable packaging and thus avoid our claim for compensation for damage caused by insufficient packaging.

The above options are not a condition for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal from the contract.
