Dromy® FLEX is a liquid complementary feed for horses, containing a combination of minerals, vitamins and plant extracts that are essential and needed to support, develop and regenerate articular cartilage, ligaments and tendons.

We recommend using it when musculoskeletal problems occur in horses and dogs, especially during post-injury and post-operative care, reduced joint mobility, for equine and canine seniors, and for animals under high sport load.

Bioactive Collagen peptides - Gelita® collagen peptides stimulate cartilage cells to produce new cartilage tissue.

Glucosamine is a naturally occurring substance in articular cartilage and synovial fluid. Its function is to normalise cartilage metabolism, stimulate synthesis and stop degradation. In osteoarthritis, glucosamine supports the formation of proteoglycans, the growth and nutrition of articular cartilage and proper calcium deposition in bones, which leads to improved function and relief of joint pain.

Chondroitin sulphate is a glycosaminoglycan (GAG) contained in the proteoglycans of the cartilage extracellular matrix. In osteoarthritis, its content in cartilage as well as its quality decreases. Chondroitin sulphate belongs to orally administered, symptomatically slow-acting substances with proven efficacy. It has a strong negative charge and therefore helps osmotically retain water, giving cartilage elasticity.

Hyaluronic acid is a high-molecular compound found in the ground substance of connective tissues, including cartilage and synovial fluid. Endogenous hyaluronic acid gives synovial fluid the viscosity and elasticity necessary for its shock-absorbing properties and is the basis of proper structure in articular cartilage.

MSM, as a source of organically bound sulphur, is an element essential for biochemical balance, tissue respiration, transmission of electrical impulses, growth regulation, bone tissue metabolism, formation of connective tissue, collagen and glucosamines of articular cartilage, and overall metabolism.

All substances used are in sufficient ratio and quantity to ensure maximum effect. With regard to substances classified in the SYSADOA group (symptomatically acting substances), administer 2 times per year for 60 - 90 days.

Dosage for horses weighing 550 - 600 kg:
In case of problems, administer 60 ml daily for 10 days, then 50 ml daily added to the ration.
For prevention, administer 40 ml daily added to the ration.

Dosage for a dog weighing 15 - 20 kg:
In case of problems, administer 10 ml daily for 10 days, then continue with 5 - 8 ml daily.
For prevention, administer 5 ml daily added to the ration.

Probiotics / Pre- & Postbiotics
Give at least 2–3 hours apart from oral antibiotics unless your vet advises otherwise.
For dogs with chronic GI disease or persistent diarrhoea, seek veterinary guidance.

Yeast / B-vitamin products (e.g., brewer’s yeast, B-complex)
Contains yeast: avoid if your pet has known yeast hypersensitivity.
May not be suitable for dogs on strict low-purine diets (consult your vet).

Joint supplements (glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, green-lipped mussel, collagen)
Stop 7 days before planned surgery unless your vet advises otherwise.
Shellfish-derived ingredients present (check allergy risk).

Omega oils (salmon oil, fish oil, krill)
Refrigerate after opening; use within the indicated period to avoid rancidity.
High-fat supplements may be unsuitable for dogs with pancreatitis history - consult your vet.
Cod liver–based oils: avoid stacking with vitamin A/D multivitamins.

Multivitamins / Mineral mixes
Do not combine with other vitamin/mineral products to avoid excessive intake (especially vitamins A & D, calcium, iodine).
If feeding a complete diet, additional supplementation is usually unnecessary unless advised by a vet.

Calming aids (tryptophan, L-theanine, valerian, herbs)
May cause mild drowsiness; monitor during first use.
Do not combine with sedatives without veterinary advice.

Electrolytes / Rehydration
Intended for short-term use; seek vet advice if vomiting/diarrhoea persists >24 hours or if your dog is lethargic.
Do not use as sole water source.

Fibre / GI binders (psyllium, pectin, bentonite, charcoal)
Give at least 2–3 hours apart from oral medicines to avoid reduced absorption.
Use short-term unless a vet recommends otherwise.

Kelp / seaweed (ioine sources)
Check total iodine intake; avoid in dogs with thyroid disease unless your vet agrees.

Liver-rich treats/supplements
High natural vitamin A content - do not combine with high-A multivitamins or cod-liver oil.
