Recommended daily dose:
1-2 cubes per 1 kg body weight

Vitamins: biotin 14 µg, vitamin B3 (niacinamide) 300 µg, vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate) 50 µg
Microelements: zinc 1 100 µg
Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids: (EPA, DHA) 250 mg
