Dromy zucchini is a non-starchy vegetable with a low caloric value, suitable for BARF rations, for sensitive dogs on elimination diets, and for dogs on weight reduction diets for a natural decrease in calorie intake.
Zucchini is a non-starchy vegetable with a low caloric value, rich in fibre, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
By adding zucchini to the ration, you support not only your dog's digestion, but thanks to the presence of valuable substances you also support overall vitality.
Zucchini is an excellent low-calorie ingredient for BARF rations as well as rations for sensitive dogs on elimination diets, for digestive disorders, diabetic dogs, and dogs in weight reduction regimes for a natural decrease in calorie intake in the ration.
Polysaccharide fibre, including pectin, has a clear benefit for blood sugar regulation. Thanks to its glycaemic index and carbohydrate content, it helps prevent sharp insulin fluctuations. A diet with a high fibre intake is an effective and preventive way to improve metabolic disorders.
In digestive disorders, zucchini fibre has a prebiotic effect, supports the growth of beneficial microorganisms, hydrates and provides basic electrolytes and nutrients for the digestive system, especially in diarrhoea or constipation states, and supports mucous substances that care for the intestinal lining in specific digestive disorders. If we stimulate intestinal function, we support metabolism and the elimination of waste substances from the body.
Zucchini does not have to be a daily part of the ration, and you can also use its great properties when baking dietary, fibre-rich treats.
Composition: 100% dehydrated zucchini.
Recommended dosage for dogs weighing: 15 - 20 kg: 10 - 20 g added to the ration.
Baking treats: add 80 - 120 g of dehydrated zucchini to 500 - 700 g of dough and make delicious treats for your four-legged friend.
Pack: 500 g
