If needed, wipe the surface gently with cold water and a sponge only, without detergent or soap. Re-wax the outer fabric periodically with a suitable wax dressing to maintain water repellency and protection. Over time you may notice lighter, dry-looking areas on high-wear zones (pockets, seams, front panels). This is a sign that the wax coating is wearing off and these are the areas you should focus on first when rewaxing.
