Composition: brewer’s yeast 45%, powder cellulose, inulin 7%, Chicory root 2%.

RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE USE:
The daily recommended dose is 1 tablet up to 10 kilograms of dog/cat body weight.

PREBIOVET is a product that helps dogs and cats to establish normal digestive tract function and it boosts the immune system. It is used as prebiotic daily dose for stimulation of development of probiotic bacteria which are crucial for good immune response. In this way healthy intestinal microflora and better absorption of nutrients are achieved.

PREBIOVET is used both for prevention and treatment of acute and chronic digestive tract disorders and in cases of weak immunity. The product is particularly recommend in case of food changes, diarrhea, travel, change of environment and owner, stress, antibiotic therapy, deworming.

Brewer’s yeast with its complex composition gives more energy, strengthens immunity, improves appetite. At the same time it is one of the best natural sources of beta glucans and mannan oligosaccharides (prebiotics).

Beta glucans activate macrophages in the fight against viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites. They also speed up recovery during and after illness, give more energy and relieve tension and stress.

Prebiotics are indigestible natural fibers that probiotics (good bacteria) use for nutrition. Their decomposition begins only in the large intestine under the influence of bacteria. The breakdown products of prebiotics destroy pathogenic organisms and stimulate growth of normal intestinal flora.

Therefore, prebiotics are used to stimulate the growth and activity of probiotics (selectively stimulating their development) thus becoming important factors in the health of the whole organism.

Mannan oligosaccharides (MOS) are non-digestible carbohydrates that can stimulate growth and activity of beneficial intestinal bacteria, and also support immune function and healthier stools.

Inulin (FOS) is a natural vegetable fiber, a prebiotic, which digestive enzymes are unable to completely digest. Therefore, inulin reaches the large intestine unchanged, where it undergoes complete fermentation by selected bacteria (probiotics) and stimulates their development.

MOS and FOS reduce stool odor by reducing the number of foul-smelling compounds (eg, ammonia) in feces.

Chicory helps in case of decreased appetite and nausea, and stimulates digestion. It contains a lot of antioxidants , vitamins A, C and E, and thus it is also used to support immunity. Special emphasis should be placed on vitamin C. It is found in chicory in its natural form, which is how the body absorbs it best. It contains potassium, manganese, and magnesium as minerals, so it preserves electrolytes in case of diarrhea and vomiting.

It is best to use PREBIOVET in combination with our product MULTIVET for daily support of the immune response. Also, in treatment of diarrhea it should be used along with INTESTVET.
