In the kit:
1x Disposable Cup
1x Detachable Metal Ring
1x Telescopic Pole
2x Testing Strips (repeat test with second strip if necessary)
1x sample collection vial
1x sample collection pipette

The telescopic pole extends to 60 cm, allowing dog owners to maintain a comfortable distance from the dog while urinating, to avoid any mess or interference.

How to use:
CheckUp is simple to use and allows dog parents to take an active role in their pet’s health. Use CheckUp in between routine visits to the veterinarian or for regular urine collection and monitoring, as recommended by your veterinarian.

1. Pole assembly (Attach the metal ring to the telescopic pole by rotating it.)
2. Place the cup (Pull the metal ring to extend the pole and placet he cup in it.)
3. Collect a sample (Catch a sample while the dog is urinating and bring it home for testing.)
4. Fill the vial (Fill the vial at least 3 way using the pipette.)
5. Dip the strip (Simply dip the strip into the vial and make sure all squares are submerged.)
6. Read results (Quickly place thestrip next to the Results card and read the instructions under the table.)
7. Keep the sample (If necessary, close the vial with the cap and keep sample in refrigerator.)
8. Further analysis (If the test show any positive result, take the sample to your vet for further testing.)

Important Notes:
We recommend keeping your dog on a non-retractable leash to ensure you are in close proximity when they begin to urinate.
It is extremely important to read the results according to the outlined time frames.
Please note that the colors on the diagnostic strip will continuously change.
Sample can be refrigerated for up to 48 hours before being taken for further evaluation.
CheckUp is a single-use product and should not be reusedhide-content.
We recommend having a timer and a pen handy so you can circle the corresponding color at exactly 30 or 60 seconds respectively.

Please read the notes below before beginning:
Once you have dipped the testing strip into the vial of collected urine, immediately place it into the frame above.
After 30 seconds, read the first 3 results and circle the matching colors.
After waiting another 30 seconds (60 seconds since the dipping), read the 4th result and circle the matching color.
CAUTION: As the colors on the testing strip will continuously change over time, it is important to evaluate the colors at exactly 30 and 60 seconds from the dipping.
For optimal results, collect urine in the morning or 2 hours after a daytime meal.
