Gorgeously soft yet heavyweight construction, it looks and feels like wool but has all the advantages of polyester .

The optional washable dog bed covers are designed to simply slip over the Berkeley Waterproof Mattress to provide a warmer, softer feel and to give you the choice to change dog bed covers to match your decor. They are all very simple to fit and are secured firmly in place with heavy duty velcro. 

They are beautiful to look at, incredibly soft and warm, yet at the same time extremely practical.
